BUBBLE & SQUEEK POACHED EGG & RARE BEEF BREAKFAST


BEAUTIFUL BUBBLE & SQUEEK, POACHED EGG & COLD LEFT OVER ROAST BEEF

BUBBLE & SQUEEK
Left over roast potato's, broken
Left over Brussels sprouts, crushed
Dash of butter and ooil

In a hot non stick pan at a medium heat throw in the butter and ooil, add the potato's and sprouts and fry, every now and then just turn them, eventually once warmed up it will become like a giant cake, using a spatula turn over to crisp both sides a few times, this gives a crisp texture to the inside too.

POACHED EGGS
Classic method, take a egg cup and put drop some cling film in, oil the middle inside of the film & crack a egg into the film, the egg cup will take the bulk and shape so you can twist the reminder cling film into a knot.  Drop into a pan of simmering water and simmer for approx 4-5 minutes.
