POACHED OAK SMOKED HADDOCK WITH OLD FASHIONED POACHED EGGS
SIMPLICITY AT IT'S BEST
Local smoked haddock poached slowly in milk. Two poached eggs using a 1970's egg poacher & finished off with some clarified butter for a rich finish.
