BUBBLE & SQUEEK
All left over roast potato's & brussel sprouts cooked down in a non stick pan till they start to catch and brown off making cripsy peaks of delight. This bubble is always different and this year I threw in the left over stuffing, sausages in pancetta, cauliflower cheese and half a portion of curried potato's, using a wipe of oil only in the non stick pan, this was a labour of love and just let it tick over and crisp up the out side, keep turning the mix over to get all browned off with extra crunchy bits in the depths. Season well to taste.
